    Yay for me!

After a lengthy stall (about 4 months) I have finally lost a bit more. Consistantly down below 13st10 now! At last!!!!!!!

A reminder to everyone who experiences stalling! Stick with the programme and keep the faith. It will all catch up with you eventually!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Yay! :joy

The same thing seems to have happened to me after a long stall. Been hitting 173 this paast week. I haven't updated my sig since I update every 5 lbs. Seems Rich and I are losing at the same pace (started at about the same time too).

Started riding a bike outdoors instead of a stationary one.

                            Thats the only real difference.
