    Have discovered why I have been stalled.

    I had my BMI (Body Mass Index) measured at the gym on Tuesday night.

    In the last 4 months I have gone from

    23.7% body fat

    to

    21.5% body fat

    2.5% so I have gained muscle and we all know that muscle weighs more than fat.

    (i'm going to start up a thread on BMI)

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Congratulations! Perhaps you could read my posting titled Help, Mom2 and give my daughter and I some feedback.....she's already stalled for some strange reason and she's showing ketosis every morning too. Thanks and keep it going.
