  • There is no-easy-way to lose weight

    I have been logging my weight every day now for about 3 years. I started from 190 lb. I have lost a little almost every month but what is just as important I have not gained any (except during Decembers, uh). I am now down to 175 lb. My plan is to be really slim by the time I'm 50 (in 8 years). I have a nice system to log my weight and since I work in it-field, I (of course)* published my weight logging system as a website for everyone to join.

    I have just browsed the site, and it's great! I've already registered for it, and entered my last 10 days of data. Eventhough I am already diligently entering on fitday, I find this web site has added features, and gives me more analysis that I want! Thank-you for sharing this site with us, definately will be a daily event for me now!!!
