How many Carbs are in...

... these are common over-the-counter items that I consume on an as-needed basis, and I was wondering if anyone knew the Net Carb count for these:

Sugar-Free Metamucil, Orange Flavor (maltodextrin & aspartame)
Sugar-Free Extra-Strength Tums, Orange Cream (sorbitol & aspartame)
Airborne Effervescent Health Formula (sorbitol & sucralose)
Digestive Advantage IBS Formula Chewable Tablets
Halls Sugar Free Cough Drops (aspartame)

I would suggest going to the manufacturers websites and doing a search....or if there's a toll free # on the package, give them a call.

Unless you are taking huge amounts of all of these, I wouldn't really be overly concerned.
The aspartame is the thing I'd caution you about as we are supposed to avoid it.
Benefiber doesn't have any sweeteners (I think :confused ) so you could switch to that.

Sugar-free Extra-Strength Tums, Orange Cream: no info on the Sugar-Free Extra-Strengths, but the regular ones have 1 total carb
Halls Sugar Free Cough Drop-- one drop has 1.5 total carbs, 1 fiber

According to the airborne site, http://www.airbornehealth.com/, one tablet has 0 total carbs.

I can't find any info on Advantage IBS Formula Chewable Tablets.

You're better off taking the Metamucil capsules which have 0 net carbs per capsule according to calorieking.com
