OMG, these are soooo good. Only 3 carbs. BUT,,, have they stalled anyone? On the dairy rung are they considered OK? Only had one so far, and dont want to make a habit with these. But, it sure could be easy, they are so Yummy.

sugar alcohols affect everyone differently. some people can tolerate them (in moderation) and for others no. i think that treating yourself to one of those ice creams every now and then is fine. i've never had a problem. but that is just my experience.Starting Weight: 190 (2005)

Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit

Sugar alcohols can stall you and also cause gastric distress if you over do on them. Trust me, that's no pleasure! When I gave up all sugar alcohols, I lost the last 5 pounds easily.
