    Loganberries

Okay, anyone know about these, from what I'm reading they are a hybrid between blackberries and raspberries, so I'm making an assumption that they are equally low in carbs as these berries. Anyone know for sure?

I have an opportunity to order some frozen berries through my church and these intrigued me, but I don't want to waste my money if I'm not going to be able to eat them.

According to calorieking.com, 1 cup (5 oz, frozen) loganberries have 19.1 total carbs, 7.4 fiber grams. So 1/2 cup will have about 6 net carbs...not bad for OWL amounts.

Thank you! I went ahead and ordered them. They sound fabulous to me. I'm up to the berry rung, so it will be nice to have something different.

Can't be 100% sure but I think a Loganberry is just a "cultivated" raspberry - yum - so enjoy!
