    WOOHOO I have 11 pounds to go till ONEDERLAND I hope these 10 come off easily and quickly that would be soooo cool I'm so very excited I can't control myself.

                      Awww thanks a lot guys you are all inspirations to me basically I am pretty boring in my weight loss LOL. This is what I usually eat in a day.

                      Breakfast 3 HB eggs
                      Snack handful of Almonds
                      Lunch 2 cups of Spinach can of salmon Home made mayo Bacon bit on it and HB egg chuncks. I have been having 2 pieces of watermelon
                      Snack 1 handful of nuts
                      Supper 2-3 cups of spinach salad diced peppers, bacon bits, homemade mayo, steak, pork chops, chicken whatever meat I have.
                      Dessert if I do pumpkin with whipped cream on top YUMMY.
                      Or I make my Own ice cream with pudding (1 tsp of powder) 1/2 cup of cream 1 tray of icecubes and 1 packet of sweetner. SOOO GOOD!!

                      That's about it. I do have strawberries and sometimes a handful of grapes but, I am on OWL so this is not acceptable for induction or Extended induction.

                      I exercise almost every day usually running 4 days per week 4-5 miles at a time. I also do weights 3 days per week. I am sure this is why I can eat more and still lose.

                      I have recently hurt my ankle so running has been less but, I am always doing something haszrd of being a full time Mommy of 3 LOL.

                          Some days I wonder how I do it too like today I ran 1 hour and I am so waisted it's not even funny I could have a nap now which would be really nice. LOL but, I got kids no sleep for the Mommy LOL

                              Oh, ya a lot of people notice it's awesome, especially in the last little while people noticed but, never said anything till recently. It's an awesome feeling.
