  • Another Milestone - 60 pounds down!!

I hit another milestone this morning - 60 lbs. gone forever! The last 10 days I was at a bit of a stalled, a bit upset about it, but I stuck to my guns, and kept coming to the board and reading about it, and just upped my water, changed some exercises, and here I am, losing 2 lbs in the last 2 days! I also decided to challenge myself to the next level and move on to OWL! I love this woe!
