  • Success in so sweet! One year ago today

Just wanted to share with everyone that this way of living is so great! I love the foods and I really love the new me!

One year ago today, I started Atkins. I was around 207 lbs, 64 inches tall and wearing a size 18/20 womans. I was very young to be so unhealthly (29 years old) and came to realize that I did it to myself.

Today, I am so proud to say that I am 126 lbs, wearing a size 0/2 petite. In February of this year, I meet my goal of 130lbs. I continue to watch my carb intake and still work out every day. I try to run around 5-6 miles with toning/weight lifting twice a week. I am healthier, happier and so glad to be living this new lifestyle!

With all the new confidence and looks, I have been promoted, received a large grant for my artwork and will also be featured on television in this fall to talk about my artwork. None of this would have been possible a year ago.

This board was/is very inspirational and I thank everyone for their support. To everyone who is working hard to become a better you, good luck. Know that hard work pays off!

Thanks for taking time to read my story, best to each of you!
