  • Just checking in and saying hello.

    I am not sure if anyone remembers me, but I wanted to pop in and say hello. Things are going great here, and I am still going strong. It has been just shy of one year since I started Atkins, and what a life saver it has been. I still slack a bit on my weight lifting and exercise (don't kill me 2big! ), but I am getting there one step at a time. I reached my weight goal and have been maintaining it for a while now (short of the last 5 vanity pounds), but I still have a ways to go before I reach my fitness goal. If Atkins has taught me anything, it is the fact that I "really" can do anything I set my mind to. I hope to keep from becoming a stranger on the boards, but we shall see... sometimes it feels like I need another 10 hours in the day.

    I posted a current picture in the Before and After section... along with a picture of my new toy.

    WOW...i remember seeing you when I first started...CONGRATULATIONS you look AMAZING!!! You not only saved yourself but you are also saving others just by you inspiring them(and me)
