Zero trans fat in mandarin oranges..Duh!

I was getting some canned fruit for my kids to eat out of the cupboard and noticed that the can of mandarin oranges had "Zero trans fat!" written on it. Now, isn't that funny? As if oranges ever had fat to begin with! What the concern should be is all the added sugar!

    ROTFLMAO!!!

Now you know they jumped on the marketing bandwagon. I wonder if the oranges have a "no cholesterol" stamp on it too?

One of the funniest things I ever saw was a bottle of olive oil with a sign "0 carbs!".

LOL It reminds me of all the bread companies that would - and still do - tout their loaves as "FAT-FREE." Yippee!

And the packets of nuts that say 'This product may contain nuts" make me laugh - I should jolly well hope they contain nuts!!

Of course, you know, olive oil is full of fat. And interestingly, no protein! Go figure!

Shouldn't water be "non-fat"? And if it's only "low-fat" what the heck did they put into the "pure" water? Lol. This thread has cracked me up. Some of the stuff they put on labels is hilarious.

Seriously, there should be a law that says "If your product didn't have it in it to begin with, no touting it doesn't have it now" LOL

I'm gonna go to the store later and see if I can find some regular, "high fat" water. Should be good for Atkins, no? ROFLMAO!

Maybe they phased out the high fat water so they could introduce the "no sugar added!" or "cholesterol free!" pure water.
