Hi everyone!
it'll be a week tomorrow that I started induction, and I've lost between 1 and 2.5 pounds and 5.75 inches. I'm unsure exactly how many pounds i've lost because I started in the afternoon on tuesday, so I weighed myself monday and wednesday - was 1.5 less on wednesday than monday. So, I'm not exactly sure how much i weighed when I *actually* started.
But, my question is this: I have a tendency to gain muscle *really* easily. If I'm not careful, I can end up at this weight and all muscle, which makes me look like a linebacker. No joke. I have teeeny tiny bones. ;-)
Is there anything that you can do to prevent this from happening? I think the last time I just didn't exercise at all during induction, but I don't know if that is such a good plan either.
I was wondering if anyone had tips on how to make sure you're still losing weight and not just inches. Foods, or exercise that works better than others, etc... I'd like to get them both going down.
