    The Verdict is in!

    The weekend is over, and it was a challenging on indeed, but thanks to advance planning I passed in flying colours I might add. We were invited up to the mountains for the weekend to do some hiking. There were 8 others involved as well, and I thought I should bring some of our own food, eventhough we were told not to. Good thing, cause alot of the food we could not eat, pasta's, pizza's...We stuck to our food, and I even lost 1.5 lbs over the weekend. Well at least we did plenty of exercising! Just goes to show, careful planning DOES WORK! Oh, and this was also my first week of OWL!

                                  awesome job Cruiser! ....hey...which mountains did you go hiking in? (being sarcastic as I'm from Bc where there ARE mountains) *giggling* you know how BC'ers and ALbertans have sort of a rivalry going on lol just joking btw !

                                              Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you everyone. Its so wonderful that everyone is so supportive. It makes losing the weight so much more fun!

                                              Divain....we hike around the Moraine Lake area, just near Lake Louise, and also another place near Banff. We stayed in Canmore! All in Alberta, province of the better Rocky Mountains....
