    Ok, I finally realized that my old link to this site doesn't work, and I got back in. Well, I really don't know why I would want to since their body fat calculator is absolutely clueless!!!

    I can accept that the damnable thing says I am 40% FAT, but DO NOT tell me that when I reach my goal weight and measurements that I will be 32% FAT!!!

    I know I have complained about this before, but give me a break!

    In order to be just barely in the "healthy amount of fat" zone, I would need to weigh 139 lbs, have a 35 inch bust, wee little 25 inch waist, and 37 inch hips. And that is to just barely achieve a healthy body fat percentage.

    Why on earth would this site be accurate for some people and totally WRONG for other people?

    Warning for those of you who use this site: it may only consider you healthy when you have achieved a weight that some may describe as "skin and bone."

      I just use it to compare measurements every 2 weeks. You can't really say much about body fat unless you use one of those measuring things on folds of your skin...or do that water immersion thing.

            I would definitely suggest the skin fold test or submerssion test to be sure.

              Ya, I know what you mean I put in my measurements though it does say I should be about 165 where is around where I set my goal I often wonder about how it determines this. I think it depends a lot on your waist size and I have a teeney waist 31.5 inches and I weight 207 so WHO knows I know the bigger the upper body it seems the higher the fat percentage and stuff is on there. It's all a load I just like to see the changes in inches.
