Ok, I finally realized that my old link to this site doesn't work, and I got back in. Well, I really don't know why I would want to since their body fat calculator is absolutely clueless!!!
I can accept that the damnable thing says I am 40% FAT, but DO NOT tell me that when I reach my goal weight and measurements that I will be 32% FAT!!!
I know I have complained about this before, but give me a break!
In order to be just barely in the "healthy amount of fat" zone, I would need to weigh 139 lbs, have a 35 inch bust, wee little 25 inch waist, and 37 inch hips. And that is to just barely achieve a healthy body fat percentage.
Why on earth would this site be accurate for some people and totally WRONG for other people?
Warning for those of you who use this site: it may only consider you healthy when you have achieved a weight that some may describe as "skin and bone."
