  • women's only board?

    Hi there!
I posted a quesiton to the induction board the other day and someone suggested that I try the women's only board.
I'll be happy to go there but I can't seem to find it. The only thing that comes close is the one for pregnant and nursing women, but I don't think that's what I need.

Is there a women's only board here?

    Thanks!

BTW to gain access to the women's board a member has to
          1. Have something in their signature block that says they are female
          2. PM the mod of the women's forum and ask to join

The women's board doesn't show up on my list under specialty either. It must only show up if you are an approved member.

I tried the link too and it says I don't have permission to view the page. It doesn't even give info on how to get permission. Who is the mod to PM?

How are any newbies going to be able to join if its not even an option on the board? Nobody knows you are hiding there!

              Good point Nikki_e
I have just taken a look around and have found an easy way to register for the mens' or womens' forum.
Go to your 'User CP' (link on the top line of links at the top of the page)
Then scroll down to the link to 'Group memberships'
You will see alist of groups and can click on the link 'join Group' beside the name of the forum you want to join.
I think it might take up to a couple of days for the Moderator to subscribe you depending on how many people apply at one time.
              hope this helps

I pm'd on July 3rd to join the womans forum, and still haven't gotten a response. Do you think I should pm again?

                  Yes
Around the change of board the admin staff were really busy and your PM may have got overlooked.
