    NO cake

    I went to my cousins birthday party today and ate no cake, thats zero!!!
    Im so proud im finally doing this, i loves atkins.

                      Congratulations. My dad's birthday was last week, and my mom bought a cake from my fav. bakery. It looked so wonderful. I skipped the cake and ice cream too. It is nice to be under control.
