    Ok. I've had this problem my whole life. Everyone keeps going on about measuring instead of weighing but how do you make sure that you are always measuring at the same spot? And how do you make sure that the tension is always the same? And why is the sky blue?

    I am still trying to figure out which came first, the chicken or the egg!!!! No, seriously, I keep the measuring tape snug but not tight, just to where they touch. I measure in the same place every time just from memory. My husband told me that I was measuring my hips in the wrong place, but that is the place where I really want to lose some inches so I don't care what that place is called so long as it gets smaller.       And why did the chicken cross the road?

      The stomach area is the hardest to measure because the tape kinda slips on my back and I have no idea where to place it.

        suz- hehe! Your funny. I dont measure. the last time i measured was the beginning of the last 6 week exercise challenge. I'm gonna compare in another month or so.

          I take 3 measurements of each spot. More times than not, 2 of the 3 will be the same and I go with that

                  I measure exactly where mybodycomp.com tells me to. I do it twice, and three times if the two initial ones are different!
