I was wondering....When did some of you really start to see your hips
disappear?
I am 47 yoa and 5'9. I don't really have much to
loose at this point. I have been on Atkins for 22
days and lost 11 pounds so far...from 163 to 152.
It seems I have lost almost everywhere but my hips.
My measurements right now are 38-31-42.
I am pretty happy with my bust and waist BUT I
want my hips to be smaller. I fast walk 5 times a
week for 3 miles and follow the diet to a T.
Any ideas? (I do have 2 kids....they do help
those hips spread-it seems!) Thanks!
