Hi folks
I have hit a spell where I am shedding pounds like nobody's business and I'm delighted but also nervous. I'm now back down to the weight I was when I started my current job 3 and 1/2 years ago and that's great. And it looks like I may be under ten stone (or under 140lbs) pretty soon which will be just great as I haven't been that light in about nine years or so. I'm heading into what feels to me like unknown territory where I am going to be fitting into clothes I've not been able to get into for YEARS (tried on a size 14 skirt last night that I've not worn in ages and it FITTED although just a little tight on the tummy but it's wearable!)
Does anyone have any hints/tips/suggestions for how you handle this situation? My goal is to lose another thirty pounds although I could probably stand to lose a further stone on top of that but I'll see how I feel at the time. Because I'm small the weightloss is much more noticeable on me than it might be on taller women and I anticipate that by the autumn I'll be seeing numbers on my scales and on the inchtape that I've not seen in well over a decade, maybe two.
The last thing I want is to mess this up and so any advice as to how you don't panic when you really start to BELIEVE that your goal weight is achievable would be very very gratefully appreciated.
I'm taking it slowly as far as finding my CCLL goes because I don't want to find that I eat something and wreck all my hard work.
Deborah
