I just started atkins for the second time last Friday. To date, I have lost 9.6 pounds. I weigh weekly and I am going to start measuring today on bodycomp, as recommended by so many of you.
I have a couple of questions, I would really appreciate input on:

I have a couple of questions, I would really appreciate input on:
- I love salads so I eat one everday. Is this okay or should I add in other types of veggies?
- I am a ketchup fiend, I bought the Atkins ketchup, could this impact my weight loss? Should I wait until after induction to use?
- I also bought some lo carb tortillas, should I hold on these until after induction?
