Hello to all:
I just discovered this site after looking for information on the Atkins diet. I am not new to this diet. Two years ago, Me and my uncle went on this diet and i lost about 45 pounds. I loved this diet. But like many young people, i got to about where i wanted to be and stopped. I didn't continue as i should have. So here i am again. Starting over. Back to the induction phase and hoping for the best. Its about 6pm here in Georgetown, KY and I'm getting ready to get the right foods for induction. I hope you all have my back. It is so much easier when you dont feel alone.
By the way:
I was Born in Cincinnati, OH in 1981 (I'm 23 right now)
Have played guitar since I was about 6 years old
love to listen to and write music and sing
Currently working at Amazon.com in Lexington, KY
