Elizellen gave me a good idea to put cheese on my celery...melted cheese, that is...and i was wondering if anyone had a good cheese sauce recipe that might be good on it.

1 tablespoon butter, 1/4 cup heavy cream - put them in a saucepan on medium heat or a bit lower until the butter is melted. Start adding your cheese and stir until it's melted. Add cheese until it's the consistency you want. You can use whatever legal cheese you like - cheddar, provolone, swiss, pepper jack, etc... -

Yup, I don't really measure it, but those are the things I put in mine, also....butter, cream, cheese. I use spoons of cream, though, not so much as listed.F/30
