Does anyone else get this message alot when trying to log on to ADBB????

I did get this message a few times after the new board was established. But, what I did was typed the address at the top and then added again as a favorite. Have not had any trouble since then.

I posted an announcement in the News forum on this. We're experiencing an overwhelming demand on our system this past week (posts, views and especially intensive searches for data). This is causing the server to crawl and eventually it just gives up and waits for us to perform the Heimlich maneuver on it.

We're running diagnostics and trying to determine how we can remedy the problem. It may require hardware (memory) or a tweak or two to the database or software.

We determined the issue with the server and made the appropriate hardware upgrades last night. Thanks so much to our supporting membership. Without your contributions we would not be able to keep up with the increasing demands on our server.

You should now see quicker page loads, searches and post times. Enjoy.
