Hello all, I am finally taking all of the viatamins/supplements that I am supposed to. I take a multi-vitamin (no iron), Magnesium/Calcium/Zinc, Potasseum (sp?), B-6, and Fish, Flaxseed, and Borage oil. I can't believe i'm actually doing it, remembering to take medicine everyday is not my strongsuit.
Ok, anyway my question: I have heard that B-6 boosts your metabolism, so I am wondering should I take this in the morning or at night? Common sense tells me that my metabolism should get the boost in the morning to deal with the food being consumed but I am just curious what you guys think/do.
Also I have only been taking the B-6 and the Oils for 2 days but noticed that today I am much hungrier then usual. I'm sure I can attribute this to many things, but am wondering if the B-6 makes you hungrier because your metabolism is going faster? Does that even make sense?
Anyway, for those of you who have stuck with me so far, and/or are answering my question...thanks
