Good question, and one I've dealt with in the last week as almost my entire family has succombed to the stomach flu. I got it lightly, just dragged around for a couple of days and felt nauseated.
I confess that veggies did NOT sound like something I could keep down. Nor did large quantities of meat. I didn't even eat enough calories on 2 days in a row.
What I did was make flax crackers, which I ate with cream cheese. And I had soft-boiled eggs. And sugar-free jello. And chicken broth. That's all I could tolerate.

I eat chicken broth and ginger tea. If I'm feeling up to it, I will make a chicken soup or cream of broccoli but not good for nausea! Hope you feel better. What about a wasa cracker?
Make it a happy low carb life!

Water with lots of lemon, and plenty of creamy Mock Mash cauliflower. For a sweeter, more starchy taste, try it with turnips or rutabaga! Spaghetti squash with lots of Parmesan & olive oil was also good for helping my own nausea in the very beginning of Induction ...
