Hey friends....
I have a problem that is bothering me because it is
"happening" again....
I am very close to my goal weight (1-2 lbs). I really didn't
have that much to loose (15 lbs). Every time I hit my goal
I cheat. I think I "like" the control I have over myself to get
that weight off, because it sems like a vicious cycle.
I never ger over 20 pounds too heavy, so I have never had
a real weight problem-because I "know" I can get 20 pounds
off without much trouble. (Does that make sense?)
When I hit my goal I feel a real let down....kind of like
"now the game is over and I have nothing to play..."
I wonder why I don't let myself gain a lot of weight so I
could just diet all the time...but I don't.
Maybe I need a shrink
What can I make of this?
Anyone else understand what I am saying?
