I've been cranky for months about how my weight loss has plateau'ed and how I haven't lost anything, wahhh wahhh waaahhh for me!
This last week or so I even hopped up from 145 to 148 so I re-evaluated my eating and did some tweaking....mainly it was portion control...nothing crazy, just tightened up on how much yogurt and berries, and also cut down on Splenda as well. Also I felt that my old habit of eating in the evening was creeping back in so I have stopped that as well. No really big changes, just tweaks here and there and paying closer attention to eating until satisfied.
Well, it's worked! I'm down to 144.5 this morning, a new personal low for me!
I went to write it in my journal and I noticed that at the end of May, I was 152, so that's 8 pounds in 2 months! Not too shabby for someone in OWL and is 20 pounds from their goal as far as I'm concerned.
So I won't be whining to myself about how my weight loss is at a standstill..lol
