so hard to do it at camp. brekfast is cereal and like pancakes, lunch tuna salad italian dressing cheese dinner...like god knows what. how u do it if it is like they serve one thing usually

Lauren, you need to go and talk to whoever is in charge of providing the food and ask about some alternatives. If a diabetic were attending camp they'd be sure to offer appropriate choices for them, and they should respect other people's needs as well.
By this time you should be familiar with the Acceptable Foods list and the Rules of Induction, so you know how to help make a meal more Induction-friendly (for example, scrape the breading off chicken, avoid things like 'sweet and sour' etc)
I'm sure you have lots of suggestions as to what you are able to eat and it would probably be helpful if you would bring them a sample of some meals you are able to have when you talk to the folks in the kitchen.
