    Thinking of how caffenne is removed from coffie, for example, can carbs be removed from foods?

      Caffiene isn't completely removed from coffee or tea. About 5-10 mg of caffiene is present in "decaffienated" tea or coffee.

      Anyhow, to your question, I don't know.

        Actually if you think about it you can remove a lot of carbs from your diet by vigorously washing your food before you eat it. Cakes, Pies, Ice-cream, cookies just wash down the drain.

          actuslly you can soak some carbs out as any kid who did the potato water experiments in school knows. Starch is a water soluble solution as is sugars when you cut the veggies and fruits you damage their cell walls and membranes allowing the watersoluble stuff to come out. but the amount would be hard to tell and mostlikely be minimal amounts
