dumb question

hi! I hope someone can help.
All I want to do is join the womens only forum but I can't figure out how it works.
I was told to follow the UserCP link but when once you get there what do you do?
This is probably a really stupid question but I'm confused...

I believe once you get to the UserCP link and click on it go to the very left had bottom where it states Miscellaneous and then click on Group Memebership. Once you click on that it should give you a list of grounps you can request membership in to and it will tell you how to do it. Good Luck and let me know how it goes.
