What do these count for? Can you even count them? Is there any nutritional value period? I know some of the extracts are vodka-based, but i'm thinking of a teaspoon or less in use, so for the just-in-case part count it as one carb?

Here's why: I bake a ton. I never had an issue eating what I baked because either they were shipped off the next day or by the time I got through 7 or 8 dozen cookies...I really didn't want them anymore!!! Did get an idea though...I have about 15-20 different kinds of extracts. What about dropping that in some water for something different? I think real lemon juice or a slice of the real thing would be better than some extract, but what about anise or a fruit/berry/nut flavoring? I'm not on induction, but I'm REALLY tired of the flavor of (no flavor in?) water and looking for ways to entice myself into drinking more.

I was doing fine for a while...but I literally woke up one morning and just couldn't bring myself to drink anymore. I've been doing the 'choke it down method' where I get to the end of a page and take a swallow...but that's a pain and it slows me down at work. Think this would work?

The extracts/essences have carbs. I know the McCormick spice website provides nutritional info for their products, you can probably use their info as a guide for the extracts you have.
