I am an exercise Freak I lift weights 2-3 times per week. I also am running 5 days per week from 3-8.25 miles at a time. For my abs I am not an ab finatic and do Exercise ball situps and Crunches 2 times a week. The sit ups I hook my feet under a chair and then do full sit ups with 5 pounds weights, and for the crunches I just crunch up and down it's pretty awesome and ya get very sore LOL. I do 100 of these at a time with no breaks.
