I just returned from the store. I needed some psyllium husk and multi's among other things. Those two items I get from the 'health food' section. I find it amazing what qualifies for that section. Anything "Newman's Own" is 'health food.' Chocolate, full fat, full sugar, newman's, healthy? Cookies, full fat, full sugar, newman's, healthy? I like that profits from their products go to a good use, but it doesn't make it healthy does it?
Then there are potato chips. Granted, they are made with organic potatos, but that alone hardly makes them good for you.
I think it is a step in the right direction that organic foods can be purchased at main-stream markets, but wish they would go all the way and put the organic canned tomatoes in the canned tomato isle. People who never shop in the 'health food' section should be exposed to the option of organic, especially when the prices are close or even cheaper when on sale.
Okay, better now. Onward!
