    Victory Is Mine!!!!!!!!!!

    YES! YES! YES! VICTORY IS MINE!!!!
    The Schwans man came today and as usual, I bought a couple of different kinds of Ice Cream for the kids. I looked at the ice cream and I could of cared less about any of it. Didn't even have the desire to want any. Coming from someone who ate ice cream on a nightly basis.

    This is sooooo coooool!!!!


    P.S. I even took the kids to Mc Donalds and didn't beg nor drool over the french fries. I ordered a cheese burger and pulled the meat out and tossed the bun. I gotta funny look from my stepdaughters friend. I had to giggle.

                  When ketosis gets firmly established in me, I find that I enjoy just the SMELL of high carb foods. I've posted before that I can pick up fast food and drive it home for the kids and just get pleasure from the smell of the french fries, without any desire whatsoever to eat one. Same thing with chocolate chip cookies or brownies. I can make them, enjoy the smell of them baking, and have no temptation to taste.

                  Isn't it fantastic!?!?! And the more this happens, the more your mind is disciplined to resist those things and just let others have them!

                      The falls are local here in Southern Illinois. It is kinkaid lake spillway.

                      I even survived our big birthday dinner with the cakes cheat free. It is nice not to cave in to temtation!
