I've lost my head!!

    I've lost my head!!

    This past weekend, I went on a two day fishing trip off the coast of Washington. We motored 45 miles off shore, and fished for quite a while.

    On the way back, it got windy and my hat was impossible to contain. I took it off and stuck it in a bag.

    Now back in the 'real world' my head is about [...............] much smaller around. Really, 2 inches on all my hats!

    I tightened straps on my sandals, put some new holes in my belt, but loosing my head???

    What am I to do? If I keep loosing' is my head going to invert into my body?

    Same thing happened to me! Most of my fitted baseball caps are a size to big now. My wife says all my hats should be getting tighter due to my "big head" about losing so much weight!
    Male, 255 start / 185 now / original goal of 200

        Hey, I noticed the same thing with my motorcycle helmet!
        It's started bobbling around a fair amount. I know that they loosen up over time, but I've lost a lot of face fat, so this is to be expected. And I've had to tighten my sandals as well.

        Were any of you on the board when my thumb ring fell off at work?.....into the...er...toilet actually....lol (and yes, I fished it out...I had just popped in for a quick wee before the store opened and *clink*. My hand has never been so clean as it was after that episode...lol) Then the other ring tried to jump ship later in the day so after work I went directly to the jewelry store and got them resized.

        Don't mess around with your rings if they are getting loose! I would have been really upset if mine had gotten lost, so be careful!

                and yep = y ep. Ep as in epidermal. Or skin which would give light to why 'yep' would promote better all around weight loss vs yup which pretty much just effects the head.

                I am getting a bit faint.

                  If you were a woman I would have said that after having a baby a woman's brain does shrink down............to only twice the size of a man's.
