    I progressed to low carb tortilla's, grains, more vegetables etc. I did Induction, I did Re-Induction to re-start once.

    I very rarely drink. My fatty liver is from being overweight my entire life.

    I firlmy believe my rapid weight loss helped the gallstone's enlarge.
    male, 275 down from 335...need to lose at least 40 more.

      That's one of the bad side effects of losing weight rapidly. And if you are a woman, you are especially increasing your risk of osteoporosis if you lose weight rapidly and don't exercise.

      The emedicine.com article says that weight loss should be slow for folks with fatty liver because rapid weight loss can aggravate the situation.
