  • Do you ever "wake up" feeling Skinny(ier)?

    Hey friends...

I was wondering if anyone else experienced this....

There have been several times through this WOE
that I have waken up first thing in the am and
just KNEW I was thinner. I didn't go to bed with
that feeling but as soon as my eyes open I just
felt lighter and smaller in size. On those occasions
I jump up and weigh or grab my tight jeans and
    I am ALWAYS RIGHT.

    I just love that feeling

Does this wake up experience happen to anyone else?

Well, this morning I woke up and thought, I think I can wear those khaki shorts that have been a bit too snug lately.... and I was right

I wake up feeling Skinny all the time!

Of course my husband asks me not to touch him so much first thing in the morning.

Hmmm.....most men would be esctatic to be touched so much in the morning!!! But I digress...

That happens to me sometimes as well...I look or feel thinner, and either my clothes are looser or a few pounds are gone. Isn't that an awesome way to start the day??!

I love this feeling, mostly I experience this after a week of really intense workouts. Can't wait until it happens again.

<sigh> I know this isn't my thread and it's probably inappropriate to vent here, but it is really frustrating to me that Cleo has absolutely no sense of humor. I mean, my GAWD, is she ALWAYS so intense and serious?

I've woken up and "felt" lighter alot of times, but it never seemed to pan out that way.
