In the book it's on the "Foods you may eat liberally" on Induction. I would make them in different ways just so you don't burn out on them! Lol! Although I've never gotten tired of deviled eggs or scrambled so that may be a moot point!

look at your mustard ingredients and if they are spices and other things like vinegars and water all on the aceptable induction foods lists then you can have it just like mayo ain't on the list but its ingredients are so we can eat it.
That's the key to induction. Carry around that acceptable food list and just check the ingredients on the item you want to buy and the list. If there's something not on the acceptable food list, you might want to stay away from it!
Isabeau's right on! One of our mods made this. Print it out and keep it in your wallet. I always keep a couple extras because my friends nab mine. *lol*
At first I really think I ate too many eggs because now I am burnt out on them!!!! But, I am going to start eating them again for breakfast. I honestly think I do better when I eat them every morning....
Also, the last time I made them was soooooo delicious!!! I sauteed Mushrooms, ham, fresh tomatoes, and fresh spinach then scrambled three eggs in a bowl and poured over, then waited for a minute or two and then flipped! OMG- to die for!!!! I was able to eat that twice(1/2 for that morning and 1/2 for the next- warmed up great in the microwave!)
You want to aim for about 65% fat. If you go a bit higher, it's not a problem. I tend to stick around 72%, because I don't eat much meat, so my protein comes from 7-8 eggs a day, cheese, etc.
