well i started Atkins again yesterday, stuck very strictly with it (measuring etc) got on the scales this morning (nekkid) 3 and 1/2 pounds down!!! is this possible?? to be honest i didnt do that well in Atkins in the first 3 days the first time round

Yep. It's possible - and you stepping on your scale proved it, right? lol

This WOE has a pretty big diuretic effect during the first week or so of induction for a lot of people. Don't get too used to the rapid scale jumps though. Know that it's going to slow down and don't let that slow *you* down!

small town called Fairmont, Southern Minnesota, as you can see i'm orginally from the UK, but met and married an American, moved here permently in June, got married July andgoing through the last stages of my visa.....ick all the stress from that, must remember to stay away from candy!!
