Hello all, I am sure that you have all heard of the catastrophe that was Hurricane Katrina. Because of the devistation in New Orleans Houston is expecting over 25,000 people to live in our Astrodome. These people have lost everything, family, their homes; including clothes, toothbrushes, shampoo, you name it these people need it.
I am trying to organize a clothes drive for these people who have lost everything. I know that a lot of us have clothes that don't fit us boxed away in the attic or in the back of our closets. What beter way to get rid of it then by giving it to people who are desperate and have nothing.
If you are interrested please let me know and I will PM you my address. You can ship it directly to me and I will deliver it to the local Red Cross. Imagine what these poor people are going through, they are being moved into a stadium where they will have to live for months with no food, money, and clothes. What a wonderful gift we could give.
