    You do... but it's ok! For so many Atkineers, carbohydrates are an addiction. And not only the carbs but the behaviors. If someone is able to tolerate a high number of carbohydrates and who has mastered self-control and is at or near goal, then behaviors like yours are probably not harmful in your circumstance.

      ooohhhh let me clarify! I sound holier than thou! Now, I am almost perfect but not quite!

      I have/do cheat once in a while. I'm very hard on myself too. Usually it's booze!

      For example, I had 4 chocolate martinis 2 weeks ago. Think I'm still hung over!

      So, my point is I cheat every once in a while but I identify it and take responsibility for it. Never do I go for more than one meal on a cheat unless I'm doing a "carb up" for weight lifting.
