    10 month Atkins Anniversary

I like to post every month how I am doing this last month has been a great one I have now been 10 months Cheat free and I have no idea what I weigh I should know by Saturday it's all right though keeps me focused on my running and not my mind thinking I am too heavy for the day. It's an amazing thing the scale it can turn you for happy to sad in one step I am sooo glad it's away from me right now cause I don't need it at all.

So this last month I have done increadible. I ahve done the Ices Challenge with Yoly, Loser for life, and Reveal a new challenge is comming up here soon. I have lost a lot of inches and I have increased my running dramatically and feel fab. I never would have dreamed I would feel so great about myself a few months ago but, here I am pumped and comming on one year.

Congratulations to you! Isn't is a wonderful feeling to feel in control of your life? You're doing a wonderful job and your posts and pics are very inspiring.

I just realized that yesterday was my 2-yr Atkinsversary! I haven't done as well as I would have liked, but this has definitely become a lifestyle and I know I will never go back to my old ways again. Let's keep on, girl!

Congratulations Sarah. You're doing so fantastic and are such an inspiration. I'm with you on the scale. I haven't weighed myself in two months, maybe more (guess I should to update my stats!) but man do I know every time I was able to add a kilometre to my runs! Keep up the great work!
