hey all. i wanted to know how many carbs would be in 1 table spoon of wheat grass powder? is it allowed for induction? i know wheat grass is very powerful for the body...

I would think that its not allowed on induction as its a grass, but thats only an educated guess. I would check out a label cause it should list the carbs on it.
LOL You can google anything. I just checked. 10 wheat grass capsules (1 serving) has 2 carbs, and one fiber for a total of one carb.
