  • Just wanted to make sure if Sheep/Lamb foot is allowed?

Hi all , just wanted to make sure if the sheeps foot is allowed to eat on induction? we eat this in our culture by cooking it as a curry.

    thank you all!

All parts of animals are allowed on Atkins. However, there is a clause to organ meats (liver, kidneys, etc.): organ meats are limited to 4 ounces daily.

Oooo, I want more info. What do you do with sheeps foot? I have never heard the term. Is it like what we call shank. Lamb shanks make the most delicious stews and I love them and yes they are very legal.

thats right Lamb shanks , we cook them as a curry. i think you can cook them as you usually cook lamb meat it self. very tasty.
