really "essential" lol....yeh its a weird question...but I was wondering. I have Omega-3/Omega-6 fish oil pills I take since I ran out of the Atkins oils but I was wondering from you guys opinion if their really benefical...

I think essential oils are absolutely beneficial! Make sure you really read ingredients. One thing I have learned is my encoated fish oil had propylene glycol (essentially anti-freeze) for the ease of the manufacturing process!
I was grossed out! So, make sure you purchase supplements that are free of KRAP! Schiff is one of the better more pure brand of vitamins. You may spend a bit more but your body is worth it.Make it a happy low carb life!

Needless to say I threw away a bottle of 100! I wouldn't poison my cat with this crap why me????Make it a happy low carb life!
