      Enjoy (your salmon) and I hope you manage to find all of your answers to all of your questions. Why not look them up in the DANDR? I am sure everything you need to know is covered there.

          lauren. Just a thought.

          Why don't you come hang with us over in the Second Time Around Forum? It's for people who've fallen off the wagon and use 2big's buttglue to keep us from falling off again. It's perfect for people who have to restart due to various reasons.

          If you decide to tough out Atkins, come check it out sometime!

            As I wrote before, nothing I wrote was meant to insult or denigrate you Lauren. But the impression you have made has not helped your cause this time.

            By the way, I don't buy that "I'm just a teen" cop-out. We have teens here who have displayed more maturity and insightful than you have and they haven't made their age an excuse.

            And your question was answered--many times.

              Re: atkins on and off

              I personally get offended when someone refers to Atkins as if it's the opposite of healthy. And when you said 'eat Atkins one day then eat healthy the next', that really did scream loud and clear at me. So for the past 28 months, I guess I haven't been eating healthy every single day. Seriously, if you do not perceive Atkins as healthy, please do not do it.

                  Chicken = Atkins friendly.
                  Veggies = Atkins friendly depending on the veggies and your phase of the diet
                  Carbs = Atkins friendly depending on the type of carb and your phase of the diet.

                  That's why I can say you aren't taking this diet seriously Lauren and that in the last 9 months you haven't bothered to learn about this diet because you don't know that Atkins allows you to eat.

                      Has Cleochatra has said earlier in this thread, I think it would definitely be a good idea for you to join the "second time around club"
