    Re: Nutri_Nut

Hi, Cleo - I am not doing well, and that is why I have refrained from posting. I weighed myself Monday, and I was up two pounds, which means that after almost three weeks, I have lost nothing! I'm still trying and haven't jumped ship....yet! I just don't know how much longer to continue if I don't see results. Bummer.

That sounds like just water weight. You know, it can fluctuate up to 8 pounds a day!

In induction, you can expect to lose 10% of your overall weight. For your thinnyness, 3 pounds is about right! I'm so glad you haven't jumped ship! I've been thinking of you and am sending you happy vibies!

I hope those happy vibes shake the fat right off of me! I'm determined to get thin, which means sacrificing a slice of birthday cake this week "for the cause."

I forgot to take my measurements when I first started, but I did take them yesterday.
