  • I ran the distance WOOHOOO!!

So I have to tell you all that yesterday was an eath shattering mind breaking day and I am sooo very proud of myself. I'll tell you why, yesterday I achieved my goal of running the Half Marathon distance and in a good time I figure considering I am 202 pounds still. I ran it in 2:24:40 can you say stoked and excited this is only the beginning I am excited to start training for the full marathon milage which is 26 miles YA baby can you say nut, heck I don't care I did something I never thought I would 10 months ago and I am Proud. Amazing what a little determination and a lot of ambition does for a person. I belive in myself and with that anything is possible. Off to train for the FULL.

                            way to go girl!

wish I was back up to running that much.... my longest long run with NO walking as 18 miles..... then Daddy got cancer....

I did a 10 mile race once..... and a thing here in Georgia called the Hogpen Hill Climb.. it's 10.74 miles up the 2nd tallest place in Georgia... basically it's straight up....

it was my finest moment... to finish that in under 2 hours...

I WANT to get back in the groove.. and RUN again..
