  • What Happened to all the Recipes?

    When I went to the site, all categories were empty. I know there were recipes there just recently.

    And if you have any good ideas for snacks (induction-friendly), please let me know. I'm dying for something besides cheese and pepperoni.

          Nutri Nut, how about olives? We're allowed 10 to 20 per day on induction. I sometimes have pork rinds, but not too often because of the sodium. You can also make cheese chips - thinly slice some cheese, put it on a microwave safe plate sprayed with cooking spray and microwave until it's all melted and crunchy (about 5 minutes or so?). Blot with paper towel and break into pieces. These are great as chips or crackers or for dipping or for eating plain. Devilled eggs are nice snacks too.

            The recipe site we link to from ADBB is still there. Occasionally, the database goes down. It is separate of ADBB and it will be fixed in short order.

              You're very welcome! Linda's site is a true blessing! I love the variety too and I love how Linda rates the recipes. In fact...I'm making one of the recipes I found there today! Lol!

                Thanks for the great recipe web site! I can't wait to try some of the recipes.

                Where can I find unsweetened coconut? I have looked everywhere, and no luck.
