I wanted to personally invite you to ALL join. I see that tonight there are 53 guests!!! That's so awesome! Come and join us. This is a wonderful board to be a part of. I can personally say that they have saved my life. I too lurked in and out of this forum, but jump in and join the fun!! The sooner the better. If you are wondering if you want to do this, I recommend buying DANDR..Dr. Atkins new diet revolution..get the 2002 addition i believe it is. After reading it, you will be convinced!!
